Gateway project gets OK from QDC board

The Gateway project received its final OK from the QDC board of directors at its December 10th board meeting, and preliminary site work is underway.  The approved designs are for office buildings along Post Rd., an open air center with community space and offices above retail shops and for the Kohl's Store.  The designs, which are fashioned in a New England village style are the result of extensive collaboration between QDC, New Boston Development Partners, the State Wide Planning Council, and representatives from the town.
