GBREB hires Diversified Project Management for relocation to 10,795 s/f

Greater Boston Real Estate Board has retained Diversified Project Management to manage the relocation of its offices to a new 10,795 s/f headquarters on the mezzanine floor at One Center Plaza.
"We're very excited that one of the real estate industry's leading organizations has selected us for this project," said Bob Keeley, president of Diversified Project Mgmt.
Gregory Vasil, CEO of GBREB, said "The current market conditions provided us a great opportunity to find a new home for the Real Estate Board that will provide more meeting space for our members."
Peter Farnum and Will Foley of FHO Partners represented GBREB. William Collins, III and Patrick Nugent of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Equity Office Properties.
The nine-story One Center Plaza is part of the 650,400 s/f 1-2-3 Center Plaza building on Cambridge St. in Government Center.
