Geenty Group brokers 2,400 s/f retail lease at 1098 Main St., Branford
According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford, a retail location at 1098 Main St., on the Town Green, has been leased from 1094-1100 Main Street Realty Associates, LLC to Gyanu and Kedar Shrestha, two brothers from Nepal who will be opening a day spa at that location in August. As the Shresthas are originally from Nepal by way of New York, some of their spa treatments will be unique and new to this market.
The Shresthas were represented by Marleen Cenotti of Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Branford, while the landlord was represented by Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR.
