Gemmecke joins The Boulos Co. as associate

Portsmouth, NH The Boulos Company has welcomed Katherine Gemmecke as an associate in their New Hampshire commercial real estate brokerage office. Gemmecke is a licensed sales agent in both N.H. and Maine and works in all areas of commercial real estate located throughout the Northern New England seacoast.

Gemmecke covers a wide range of commercial real estate services, including lease and sale transactions, as well as buyer and tenant representation. Her work includes the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial, land, and investment properties. Gemmecke collaborates with Kent White, principal broker/partner, and Christian Stallkamp, senior broker. Together the team has over 35 years of combined experience.
