In December 2008, Sea Watch Realty, Inc. leased 10,000 s/f of retail space located at 167 Corporation St. adjacent to the Cape Cod Mall.
Jim Gill of Sea Watch Realty brokered the transaction between the owner Brenner Levy Associates and the tenant Blanchard's Liquors. Blanchard's, a full service liquor store with redemption center, is currently renovating the property and will be moving to this store soon from a location close by on Rte. 28.
