Girvin of Chandler Company brokers 4,360 s/f lease to Addo Novo

Kenneth Girvin, principal of Chandler Company LLC, a Boston-based commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale and leasing of office and retail properties in the Greater Boston area, exclusively represented Linear Retail Properties in the leasing of 4,360 s/f of retail space at 1313 Washington St. in Boston's South End neighborhood to the Portland, Me. furniture retailer, Addo Novo. Founded in 2007, Addo Novo, is a leading retailer of modern and mid-century furniture, featuring an extensive collection of more than 20 established brands including Knoll, Herman Miller, De La Espada, Vitra, Bensen, Cherner and Gus Modern. The store also offers personalized design consults and a wide selection of textiles to help customers design one-of-a-kind pieces. Addo Novo opened for business on March 12.
