Glantz joins Katz Properties as chief development officer
According to Katz Properties, an established investor and manager of grocery-anchored retail centers, Stan Glantz has been hired as chief development officer.
Glantz will oversee strategy and execution of multiple redevelopment efforts throughout the existing Katz Properties portfolio and will spearhead sourcing development-related acquisitions and joint ventures.
Daniel Katz, founder of Katz Properties, said, "With the continuing growth of our portfolio of stable supermarket anchored shopping centers Stan is a natural fit. He brings a special focus and set of skills that will enable us to add value to many of our shopping centers. Also, as we seek to diversify within the retail sector, Stan's capabilities will enable us to more easily tackle development-related opportunities."
