Glickman Kovago Co. brokered the lease of 64 Franklin St. between the Mayo Group and Sylvia Dress Shop. The property is a 1,413 s/f retail space located in downtown adjacent to City Hall and CitySquare. Sylvia Dress Shop offers a full line of bridal dress-wear and accessories. Serving New England for over 75 years, Sylvia's is relocating to Franklin St. Peter Kovago, principal at Glickman Kovago Company, handled the transaction.
