Glickman Kovago & Co. represented CVS for a new 12,900 s/f store
Glickman Kovago & Co.has brokered a lease between Northboro Center Plaza LLC and CVS for the property located in the center of town. CVS is building a new 12,900 s/f store on the 1.2 acre site of the original strip center store.
Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman, Kovago & Co., handled this transactions.
