Glickman Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 102 Randolph Rd., the former Odd Fellows Home, for $825,000. The property consists of 68,000 s/f of conference, office and library space on 4.58 acres minutes from I-190 and I-290. International Church of Four Square Gospel sold the property to Randolph Road Realty Trust. The buyer intends to redevelop the property into residential units.
