Waltham, MA City Streets Restaurant has signed a long-term lease at 411 Waverley Oaks Rd.
Tim Coyle of Godino & Company represented City Streets and the landlord, Duffy Properties, was represented in-house.
The newly built City Streets Restaurant features 5,000 s/f, including function rooms and outdoor deck. City Streets features a full-service restaurant and pub offering American Contemporary fare, and is located adjacent to the Waverley Oaks Office Park.
