Gorga and Miller of Fantini & Gorga arrange $2.7 million financing

Marlborough, MA Boston-based Fantini & Gorga has arranged $2.7 million in leasehold financing for a free-standing Walgreens Pharmacy. The property is leased on an initial long-term absolute net basis to Walgreens.

The Walgreens was developed in 2005 on a 1.65-acre parcel located at the intersection of Boston Post Rd. and Farm Rd.  The property is surrounded by neighboring retail facilities, such as Home Depot and Target.

John Gorga, president, and Chris Miller, senior analyst, represented their long-term client and arranged the financing with a regional financial institution.

“We were pleased to assist our client with its refinance of this well located property,” said Gorga.
