Goss of NAI The Norwood Group leases 6,000 s/f to Raider Laser

Raider Laser LLC has signed a lease for 6,000 s/f at 25 Fox Run Rd. across from Wal-Mart. Along with creating a Gosport 2268 laser tag arena, Raider Laser will feature an SR2, 12 passenger motion simulation ride, an Aero Ball arena, as well as redemption games and prizes. It will also offer food and beverage in its 80 seat party center. "I contacted Chuck Goss of NAI The Norwood Group at the beginning of our location search. Chuck listened to our needs and secured the perfect location for Raider Laser," said Roger Rivers, the owner of Raider Laser. Chuck Goss represented the landlord, Horizon Trust, in the lease negotiations in securing for the tenant.
