Greater Boston Commercial Properties
inks $3.95m retail sale

Westborough, MA Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 291 Tpke. Rd. The 11,038 s/f retail building is located on 9.79 acres with frontage on Rte. 9.

Prior to the sale, O’Brien leased both units at the property, which were formerly occupied by Not Your Average Joes and Taste of Andhra.

The new tenants, procured by O’Brien, are Torito Mexican Restaurant in 5,500 s/f and Mitti Chulha in 5,538 s/f.

The property sold for $3.95 million which represents a per s/f price of $358 and a cap rate of 7.27%.

The Hamilton Company signs 10,000 s/f lease with Spirit Halloween at 55 Riverside Ave.

Medford, MA The Hamilton Company has completed a commercial lease agreement with Spirit Halloween for 10,000 s/f at 55 Riverside Ave., which formerly housed a CVS. The lease agreement commenced on July 15th, and the retailer opened for business on August 6th.
