Providence, RI The Greater Providence Board of Realtors (GPBOR) is accepting applications for its 2025 Diversity Scholarship Program. Three scholarships of up to $1,500 per person will be available. Residents of Rhode Island from underrepresented backgrounds, who have graduated high school or its equivalent, and are enthusiastic about kick starting their career in real estate, are encouraged to apply.
Applications will be accepted 1/1/25 through 11/15/25 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis or until funding expires. Applicants are encouraged to apply early. Recipients of these scholarships can utilize the funds for Rhode Island pre-licensing classes, as well as real estate application and license fees.
