Greene and Lucivero of Hayes & Sherry broker $1.43 million sale

Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services brokered the $1.43 million sale of 1500 Bald Hill Rd. to Link Commercial Properties of Warwick. The subject property is currently a 3,800 s/f Boston Market restaurant situated on 36,000 s/f of land. The property is strategically located in the heart of the Rte. 2 retail corridor, shadow-anchored by Shaw's Supermarket with direct access to Rte. 117 as well as full access to Rte. 2 at a traffic light. Bill Greene, partner, and David Lucivero, broker, with Hayes & Sherry represented the buyer in the transaction.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
