Greenman of Capstone Properties leases 8,000 s/f to Dollar Tree at Riverside Plaza
East Providence, RI Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties leased 8,000 s/f to Dollar Tree at Riverside Plaza in the Riverside neighborhood.
Dollar Tree will be joining Shaw’s Supermarket, who recently went through a significant upgrade to their store.
Riverside Plaza is the dominant neighborhood retail center in the southern end of the city on the Barrington line. Ownership recently renovated the façade, upgraded lighting in parking fields and upgraded the center’s pylon. The center has a bus stop and only two small inline vacancies remain.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
