Greenstein and Sigfridson of CBRE | The Boulos Company sell 20,000 s/f

The 20,000 s/f commercial building at 265 Western Ave. has been sold, according to Dan Greenstein and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR of CBRE | The Boulos Company, which handled the transaction. The property is leased in its entirety to Kaplan University, which was formerly known as Andover College. The previously dilapidated multi-tenanted retail property was purchased by V&E Enterprises in 2006. It was reconstructed for Kaplan University. The property was purchased for $4.2 million by Foden Corner II LLC, who intends to keep it as an investment.
