Greenstein and Young of CBRE|Boulos sell former Foreside headquarters

Foreside Management Co., LLC has sold its two-building industrial complex at 34 Hutcherson Dr. in Gorham Industrial Park. Formerly The Foreside Company's headquarters, the 14.6 acre complex was purchased by Goodwill Industries of Northern New England. The property includes a 106,000 s/f high bay distribution center and a 35,844 s/f two level flex building. Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. represented the seller and Craig Young of CBRE|The Boulos Co. represented the buyer.
