The New Hampshire area team of Colliers International

Colliers International has committed to enhance client services in the Northeast with the addition of Grubb & Ellis | Northern New England, which includes offices in Manchester and Portsmouth.

In 2012, Colliers International | New Hampshire, formerly Commercial Real Estate Advisors of New England, LLC d/b/a Grubb & Ellis | Northern New England, completed 143 leases totaling more than $37 million; completed 29 sales totaling $26 million; placed commercial financing in excess of $85 million; and oversaw more than 1.2 million s/f under management.
The Manchester and Portsmouth staff includes four Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), 11 commercial real estate associates, two Certified Property Managers (CPM), as well as a team of commercial finance professionals and in-house marketing and research staff. The New Hampshire team joins Colliers' 13,500 professionals in 482 offices spanning 62 countries.
