Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England has relocated to new offices in the R.G. Sullivan Cigar Building. The move began April 15th and all staff from Bedford and Manchester, will be located under one roof.
This past October, Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and Eaton Partners, Inc., formed Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England. The firm will continue to operate its brokerage office in Portsmouth.
According to Bob Rohrer, managing director of transaction services, "The move is the next logical step in the implementation of our strategic plan. We are leasing over 8,000 s/f of exceptional downtown mill office space. The new offices will accommodate all 18 Manchester area employees, and leave room for anticipated growth."
Donald Eaton, managing director of asset management services for the firm said, "As a leading provider of commercial real estate services across northern New England, it is important to us to establish our new headquarters in Manchester. It is the financial center of New Hampshire and will serve as the hub of our growth throughout the region. Further, we are vested in the city and are very pleased to be adding over a dozen new jobs downtown."
In addition to being headquartered in the R.G. Sullivan Cigar Building, Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England will be responsible for leasing office space in the building, as well as providing on-site property management services.

"We are in close proximity to major highways - leading to all points of the compass. It's a highly visible location with easy access and attached covered parking.
