It is the financial center of New Hampshire and will serve as the hub of our growth throughout the region. Further, we are vested in the city and are very pleased to be adding over a dozen new jobs downtown."
In addition to being headquartered in the R.G. Sullivan Cigar Building, Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England will be responsible for leasing office space in the building, as well as providing on-site property management services.
Rohrer said, "The R.G. Sullivan Cigar Building is ideally located for a company with our market reach," said Rohrer. "We are in close proximity to major highways - leading to all points of the compass. It's a highly visible location with easy access and attached covered parking. From an economic development point of view, Manchester has become a truly regional city. And, the R.G. Sullivan Cigar Building is a well maintained landmark building in the city."
