GVA Williams arranges 1,900 s/f lease for Fjord Fisheries at 158 Post Rd.

GVA Williams of Conn. signed a 1,900 s/f lease for Fjord Fisheries at 158 Post Rd. Fjord Fisheries opened in 1990, and moved to their current location at River Rd. in 1991. In their new site, Fjord will expand their offering. "We will have more prepared foods and take-out, and of course a full range of high quality fish," said Jardar Nygaard, Fjord's owner. "We will also start offering a complete selection of local and natural meats as well as sushi." According to Deidre Corcoran Foote, senior vice president at GVA, and one of the brokers who represented Fjord, "The new space has great visibility and high traffic. Over 15,000 cars pass by per day, and the new location provides excellent parking." Dominick Musili, the other GVA broker who represented the tenant said, "They have a reputation of excellence well deserved, and this new location will only enhance that standing in the community."
