GVA Williams signs 2,350 s/f lease for Brueggers Bagels

GVA Williams of Conn. Has signed a ten-year lease for 2,350 s/f at 800 Post Rd. by Bruegger's Bagels Restaurant and Bakery Café. The restaurant is slated to open in April. 800 Post Rd. is a 28,000 s/f , three story building, which includes the Patriot Bank. The Bruegger space was formally occupied by the Rainbow Shoppe, who relocated next door for additional space. Participating GVA brokers include Stacy Libby, Jon Sabrowski and Ted Grogan. According to Libby, "This location is a great opportunity for a tenant such as Bruegger's due to the amount of parking and easy access to the space. The openness of the space lends itself to a very nice presentation and a welcoming dining atmosphere."
