Halprin of New England Retail Properties sells Goff Brook Shoppes for $6.8 million

Matt Halprin, principal and partner of New England Retail Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of Goff Brook Shoppes for $6.8 million to Goff Brook Real Estate, LLC of Wallingford. The 71,493 s/f shopping center was built in 1988 and is anchored by Office Depot. Other tenants include Hometown Buffet, SuperCuts, HFC, Catherine's Plus, Ace Beauty Supply and others. The property was sold by Centro Properties, an Austrialian-based REIT. Joe French of Sperry Van Ness of White Plains, N.Y. represented the seller, and Halprin represented the buyer.
