Harpool Commercial Realty and DJM Real Estate close $1.53 million sale

Manchester, CT Shirley Harpool, principal of Harpool Commercial Realty, LLC based in Ansonia, Conn., in conjunction with Lara Sessler, director of DJM Real Estate, a division of Gordon Brothers Group, completed the sale of a former Mill Stores location at 145 Spencer St.  The site was owned and operated as a Mill Stores furniture location since 1996.         

The 34,680 s/f freestanding building on 4.13 acres, zoned B-3, sold for $1.53 million from 145 Spencer Street, LLC to Robert Nichols, Trustee of The 320 East Main Street Realty Trust, an investor.

“This site offers a great opportunity for a tenant looking to operate near the proposed Walmart Supercenter development located one quarter mile away at 205 Spencer Street,” said Sessler who is now assisting the Trust to find a tenant for the space.
