Harrington, Tamposi and Dieker of CBRE sell 16,040 s/f office/whse for $1.29 million

CB Richard Ellis has sold the former Options Publishing building at 4 Center St. to CAREPLUS Ambulance Service, Inc., a medical transportation and support services provider, for $1.29 million. Mike Harrington, Mike Tamposi and Roger Dieker of CB Richard Ellis' Manchester office represented the seller and procured the buyer. Built in 2001, 4 Center St. is a free standing, multi-use building has 6,040 s/f of office space and 10,000 s/f of warehouse space. The property sits on 4.25 acres at the lighted intersection of the Daniel Webster Hwy., Front and Center Sts.
