Hayes of Hayes & Sherry negotiates 11,376 s/f lease at The Foundry

Pete Hayes of Hayes & Sherry, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, has negotiated an 11,376 s/f, seven year lease at The Foundry on behalf of TCG/AT&T. The Foundry was represented by Anthony Thomas, the landlord. The Foundry offers a combination of commercial and residential restored mill space. Located on Promenade St. at Rte. 95, the former Brown & Sharpe complex is recognized as one of the historic marvels of the American Industrial Revolution. It has been designated by the National Park Service for the National Register of Historic Places.
