Heald, Angelone, and Nitsche of JLL Capital Markets sell 115,650 s/f BJ’s Wholesale Club location

Attleboro, MA JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the sale of an 115,650 s/f, single-tenant retail asset net leased to BJ’s Wholesale Club in the southern Massachusetts community.

BJ’s Wholesale Club has operated at this location since the building was constructed in 2011, and the next closest BJ’s is 8.6 miles away.

The BJ’s is located at 287 Washington St., which is a community positioned on the R.I.-Mass. border 10 miles north of Providence and 39 miles south of Boston. Situated along Rte. 1, the property’s location places it within the region’s major retail corridor, and it is surrounded by a population of more than 197,600 residents earning an average annual household income of $81,621 within a five-mile radius.
