Hersch of Tinkham Realty leases 1,600 s/f to Ethereal Tattoo
Londonderry Commons Retail Center - Londonderry, NHLondonderry, NH Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the leasing of a 1,600 s/f retail space at the Londonderry Commons Retail Center to Ethereal Tattoo, LLC.
Ethereal Tattoo, LLC is a family-owned and operated studio. Melissa and Sean Nolan of Londonderry have been in the tattoo business since 2006. Melissa is a licensed artist offering an array of different styles, from color tattoos, black and gray wash, geometric designs, lettering and fine line detailed work.
Jerry Hersch of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the lessor, Leeman Corporation, and assisted the lessee in the lease negotiations.
