Hirsch & Company represents Standard Hardware Distributors in 43,000 s/f sale

3 Star Drive - Merrimack, N.H.

Merrimack, NH Larry Hirsch of Hirsch & Company, LLC said that he and Hayley Klein represented Standard Hardware Distributors in the sale of 3 Star Dr. The 43,000 s/f property has served as the company’s longtime headquarters and warehouse facility.

Deane Navaroli of Williams & Reeves represented Dion Management, the purchaser.

According to the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $3.8 million.

Dion Management plans to renovate the building and retain the property as an investment.
