Law Realty Company has appointed Hirsch & Company of Merrimack, N.H. as its agent to handle the repositioning and leasing of its available industrial/warehouse space.
Six properties, which combined have in excess of 400,000 s/f available for lease, range in size from 10,000 to 131,000 s/f. Due to the recent loss of the warehouse/distribution contract with the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission, this is the first time that Law Realty is offering the space for lease.
Many of the properties are in the area north of the airport, where the Law's have assembled a parcel of over 30 acres within a half mile of the Everett Turnpike and with frontage on two major streets. This provides a unique opportunity for repositioning the properties for industrial users of various sizes.
In the past few months, Hirsch has negotiated leases as agent for Law Realty with several local firms, including Rapid Machining of Nashua. Michael Monks of Monks and Company represented Rapid.
