Hobbs Brook completes 30,000 s/f renovation and expansion at Four Points
Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, has completed renovations and expansions to its hotel and conference center.
The renovation, which began in 2004, consisted of overhauling 30,000 s/f of meeting space and common areas and outfitting them with new communications equipment. The existing 119 guest rooms, hallways, and entrances have been upgraded to meet with the new design standards set by the brand. An additional wing consisting of 111 new guestrooms were also added as part of the expansion project.
Franklin, NH Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three retail properties in New Hampshire for a total of $6.285 million. Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.595 million.
