1301 Atwood - Johnston, RIJohnston, RI Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a commercial property management and development firm specializing in leasing, construction and development of class A office space, has negotiated a new lease for American Arbitration Association, a nationwide, not-for-profit organization providing alternative dispute resolution services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts out of court. They signed a new 11-year, 6-month lease for 11,371 s/f at 1301 Atwood.
American Arbitration was represented by Chris Krauss of JLL. Pete Hayes and Matt Fair of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, represented Hobbs Brook Management. The lease will commence on June 1.
