Peregrine Group LLC has added Mick Hogan as director of business development.
In his role, Hogan is responsible for developing new and strengthening existing client relationships throughout the Southeastern New England area by bringing the comprehensive project management capabilities of Peregrine to the academic, healthcare, institutional and hospitality sectors. As the lead sales professional for Peregrine's project management service offerings, Hogan works collaboratively with complementary service providers and the internal project management team to tackle the toughest real estate challenges and meet the needs of Peregrine's valued customers.
Prior to joining Peregrine, Hoganwas a commercial real estate broker at Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services, Providence, where his main concentrations were in medical-office, office and retail properties. In his 6 years as a broker, Hogan oversaw lease and sale negotiations on behalf of landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers.
Hogan is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is a committee member of the Providence Children's Museum Memorial Golf Tournament.
