Hogan of Hayes & Sherry R.E. sells former Firestone Tire building

Mick Hogan, broker with Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services has sold the former Firestone Tire building located at 262 Broadway. The 6,200 s/f property was purchased by John Martins for $399,000. The transaction closed on June 15. Hogan represented the seller, Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC.
