Horan joins Peabody & Smith's commercial department

Steve Horan has joined Peabody & Smith Realty in their commercial department. Horan will be covering both New Hampshire and Vermont commercial markets, focusing on the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties. Horan is a member of the NH Commercial Investment Boardof Realtors. For the past 35 years, Horan was self employed owning a contracting company. Horan said, "Having had my license for some time, I am excited about bringing my experience of interacting with homeowners and commercial clients from my previous business to my new role with Peabody & Smithin the commercial department."
