Acropolis Management Services LLC (AMS) has added a new property manager, industry veteran, Kathy Horgan.
Horgan brings over 25 plus years' experience to AMS, managing commercial downtown and suburban office, industrial, retail, residential and condominiums throughout N.H., Boston, R.I., Conn. and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Acropolis Management Services, she managed several full-service commercial buildings, consultant to the Boston Redevelopment Authority throughout the acquisition and preliminary development stages for the South Boston Convention Center as well as serving in asset manager for Fleet Bank.
Kathy attended the University of Massachusetts, Northeastern University and holds a real estate license for the state of Mass.
AMS manages 700 units and over 75 properties located in R.I., as well as Fall River, New Bedford, Blackstone, Taunton, N. Easton, and Worcester, Mass.
