KeyPoint Partners, LLC has added David Hough as leasing associate in the company's headquarters, according to Robert Lemons, the firm's managing partner.
Before joining KeyPoint Partners, Hough worked at American Retail Properties in Boston. He has extensive experience in project leasing and tenant representation throughout New England. Among other achievements, Hough assisted in the expansion of U.S. Cellular, brokering new sites in Maine and New Hampshire.
Prior to that, Hough worked for a year at Bullfinch Boston Realty. He is a graduate of Union College with a BS in Psychology, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a licensed real estate agent in Mass., R.I., and N.H..
"David has superior knowledge of key retail markets," says Lemons, "He brings new energy and a different outlook to enhance our team."
