Billerica, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the seller in the sale of 34 Sullivan Rd., Unit 27, for the purchase price of $595,000. Michael Barbera, principal broker of BA Property & Lifestyle Advisors, represented the buyer, HMB Properties, LLC.
