Billerica, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the seller in the sale of 34 Sullivan Rd., Unit 27, for the purchase price of $595,000. Michael Barbera, principal broker of BA Property & Lifestyle Advisors, represented the buyer, HMB Properties, LLC.
34 Sullivan Rd., Unit 27 in the Sullivan Road Industrial Center is a 3,149 s/f industrial condominium which includes 2,075 s/f of workshop and warehouse space, 597 s/f of second floor office space and 477 s/f of mezzanine storage space.
