John Naughton, president of The Naughton Company, Hingham, represented the seller, Newport Realty, LLC, in the sale transaction.
956 Turnpike St. is an eight-year old multi-tenanted 26,600 s/f office/showroom/warehouse building. The building was fully leased to three tenants at the time of the sale. New Dover Associates, Inc. is now the exclusive leasing agent for 956 Turnpike St.
