HUNT Real Estate/ERA Key names Evans as regional vice president

Worcester, MA According to HUNT Real Estate, Dave Evans has been appointed regional vice president for the company’s Massachusetts region, home to ERA Key Realty Services. 

Evans brings more than two decades of leadership experience in real estate management, brokerage operations, and team development, over 14 of those years with HUNT. In his current role as regional vice president for HUNT’s Capital Region in New York, he has strengthened performance by elevating sales professional support, fostering collaboration, and advancing service-driven strategies.

In this expanded role, Evans will focus on strengthening sales professional resources, enhancing recruiting initiatives, and supporting the continued growth of ERA Key Realty Services and the broader Massachusetts region as part of HUNT’s commitment to full-service real estate across New York and New England. 

He will continue to serve concurrently as regional vice president for the HUNT Capital Region, extending his leadership across two of the organization’s most strategically important markets.

HUNT expanded into Massachusetts in 2018 through a merger with ERA Key Realty Services, which brought markets north and west of Boston, as well as Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island into the HUNT footprint. With nearly $800 million in sales volume in 2017, ERA Key represented the largest expansion in HUNT’s history and continues to play a significant role in the company’s growth.
