Hurwitz joins Larew, Doyle & Associates

According to Larew, Doyle & Associates, Alex Hurwitz has joined the team as a senior loan originator. Hurwitz is an eight-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with an expertise in residential development, agency lending & multifamily investments. Hurwitz will be responsible for identifying new loan and equity investment opportunities for residential and commercial property owners located throughout southern New England. Prior to joining Larew Doyle & Associates, Hurwitz was an underwriter and multifamily portfolio manager for M&T Realty Capital Corp, a DUS and seller/servicer in Baltimore, where he underwrote over $1.8 billion in new apartment financings in addition to servicing a portfolio of over 70 multifamily properties.
