Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm, has completed a 43,000 s/f interior fit-up project for the Middlesex District Attorney's office.
Located at 78 Dragon Court, the project was completed recently and included the construction and internal fit-up of approximately 43,000 s/f of office space and a central IT Processing area servicing the Middlesex District Attorney's office. The high-density project was completed in a 16-week time frame.
Integrated Builders worked in collaboration with Helicon Design, a full service architectural firm based in Boston.
"This internal fit-up was an exciting challenge for our team, as it was a high-density task set to a very strict schedule," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "It is important that you go into a project having done the necessary research and preparation in order to satisfy your client's time requirements. We are very excited with the results we achieved in such a short time frame."
