J. Crew opens at WS Development's Shoppes at Farmington Valley
According to WS Development, J. Crew opened at The Shoppes at Farmington Valley.
Since its first catalog was launched in 1983, J. Crew has become an iconic American brand known worldwide for its sophisticated, fun clothing and accessories. J. Crew operates 199 retail and 61 outlet stores across the country, including its recently opened store at Derby Street Shoppes, a WS Development property located in Hingham, Mass.
Opened in 2004, The Shoppes at Farmington Valley has become a preeminent shopping experience in the region, offering a unique blend of specialty stores, restaurants and nationally known retailers.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
