J.W. Accetta and Amper of Rodman R.E. lease 8,300 s/f

Joseph Accetta of Joseph W. Accetta & Associates and Neil Amper, SIOR, senior vice president of Rodman Real Estate combined to lease 8,300 s/f of industrial/commercial space at 99 Jefferson Blvd. The new lessee, Enterprise Car Rental of Rhode Island, plans to utilize the space, which was formerly the automobile repair area of a car dealership, for maintenance on its fleet. The property has 16' ceilings and seven overheads as well as office area. Accetta represented the lessor, Mountaindale Realty, Inc., and Amper represented Enterprise Car.
