Jackman Commercial Realty brokers 4,000 s/f long-term lease

Jackman Commercial Realty, Inc. has brokered a long-term lease with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath at 89 March Ave. The space measures 4,000 s/f and is adjacent to Town Fair Tire and across the street from Home Depot. Jackman facilitated the transaction for the landlord and the tenant. The landlord was represented by CBRE New England.
