James Cropsey Brokerage leases 625 s/f
Riverfront Place, 322 West Main Street - Tilton, NHTilton, NH James Cropsey of James Cropsey Brokerage brokered a one-year lease with Bradley Couture of the Vector Marketing division of Cutco Corp., Olean, New York for Suite 151 at Riverfront Place, 322 West Main St.
Riverfront Place is an award winning historic brick mill building renovation. Riverfront Place is adjacent to Riverfront Park between exits 19 and 20 one mile off I-93 from either exit.
The building has Winnipesaukee River views, as well as a view of the park. Suite 151 measures 625 s/f.
The suite consists of a private office, break room with sink, and a large conference room.
