Jay Nuss Realty Group negotiates sales of three medical office condos

110 Long Pond Road, The Camelot Medical Building - Plymouth, MA

Plymouth, MA Jay Nuss Realty Group brokered the sale of three abutting medical office condominiums at 110 Long Pond Rd. (aka The Camelot/Long Pond Medical Building).

Angela and Jay Nuss represented the two sellers, New Realty Group, LLC, the owner of unit 4, and ERB Realty, the owner of units 3 and 9, and also procured the buyer, P.B.  Dental Properties, LLC. The purchase price for the combined three units (totaling 3,213 s/f) was $487,500, or $152 per s/f. Since the purchase, Dr. Helga Idrizi of P.B. Dental has fully renovated the space, now known as suite 105, for her general and cosmetic dental center, Plymouth Bay Dental.

“It’s great to help connect the right buyer to this valuable medical space, while meeting the needs of both sellers in the process,” said Jay Nuss. “We’re thrilled to see Plymouth Bay Dental reimagine the property to better serve their patients and the community.”
