Jay Nuss Realty sells Stewie’s Tire & Auto Service location for $800,000

Randolph, MA Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC has completed the sale of 641 North Main St., the longtime home of Stewie’s Tire & Auto Service.

The property sold for $800,000, with Jay Nuss Realty Group representing the seller, Rent Realty Trust, which closed on July 21, 2025.

The 3381 s/f automotive service building and the four-room, one-bedroom with garage (1291 s/f) property sits on a prominent 24,829 parcel along North Main St. (Rte. 28). 641 Touma LLC acquired the site and plans to continue operating an automative repair business.

A local institution for nearly a century, few businesses are as woven into a community as Stewie’s. Operating at 641 North Main St., Stewie’s Tire & Auto Service has served the town and the surrounding South Shore since 1935, roughly 90 years of keeping local drivers on the road. Over the decades, the shop built its reputation as a full-service tire and auto repair facility, offering everything from tire sales and fleet service to towing, brakes, and diagnostics, and earning a loyal, multi-generational customer base along the way. A business that opened its doors before the end of the Great Depression and is still serving the same community nearly a century later becomes more than a place to get your car fixed — it becomes a landmark. The sale of 641 North Main St. marks a new chapter for a Randolph mainstay, the continuation of that legacy under new ownership.

“This sale reflects the continued strength of well-located commercial real estate in the Boston Metro South market,” said Jay Nuss, founder of Jay Nuss Realty Group. “The ability of our team of Angela Nuss and Liz Tavares to identify the right buyer for a property with this kind of operational history is exactly the kind of hands-on partner-level service that sets JNRG apart.”

The rise of AI in CRE - And what it means for every skilled profession - A broker & appraiser weighs in - by Bryan Plourde

This may seem self-serving, and I’ll be the first to admit it. But unlike some of the artificial intelligence tools now reshaping our industry, I am fully aware of my own bias. So, hear me out. The rise of AI in commercial real estate is not a distant threat or a speculative headline.
