JB Sullivan completes updates to retail plaza on Rte. 1 Saugus, Mass.

Design-build contractors, JB Sullivan Construction Inc. of Bedford, N.H., has completed the transformation of the outdated retail plaza located at 1069 Broadway, Rte. 1, into a retail destination which incorporates facilities for CVS, Jo-Ann Fabrics, and a third retail facility awaiting its new tenant. Partnering with site owners, Rte. One Saugus, LLC, Simeone Saugus, LLC, and Nomist Realty/1069 Broadway/Saugus, LLC and project architects, BKA Associates of Brockton, Mass., the Sullivan team, under project manager Rob Johnstone, was responsible for site demolition, clean up, building construction, tenant fit up, HVAC, electrical and plumbing utilities, security and sprinkler system installation, landscape, and site pavement construction along the busy corridor.
